Below you will find some frequently asked questions I receive from many of my clients. I have tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, however, if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, send me a quick email.

I can paint 20 faces in 2 hours. To get the best results without rushing the children, I recommend more time if your party consists of more than 20, otherwise the designs will be reduced to enable me to paint everyone within the time limit.
Extra time can be decided at the party and is charged at £30 per half hour (subject to availability)
Yes, they have antibacterial agents in and are specifically designed for use on the skin. I can provide a list of ingredients upon request if you are concerned.
Face paints are not recommended for children under 2 years or for anyone who has sensitivity/excema/chicken pox/lice or other skin issues.
A general Health & Safety document will be sent to every client.
Bookings are made via email. By completing the form in the Check Dates page. I'll email you a quote for your party and if you accept the quote, I'll email you the invoice. Payment is to be made within 3 days. Once that’s received I’ll email to say you’re 100% booked in.
All monies received will be automatically confirmed. Once paid your date is secured in my calendar and I will make myself unavailable to any other potential clients enquiring about your date. Bookings are made on a first come first served basis.

I require payment in advance to secure your booking date and time. By paying in full at the time of booking, it cuts down on admin and you won't have to worry about deposits or follow-up payment reminders.
Plus, you can enjoy the birthday cake moment without any embarrassing money exchanges. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an automatic confirmed receipt. I will arrive at your party, set up in 5 minutes and start painting.
I understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, my refund policies are as follows:
- 100% refund if cancelled 1 month before the party.
- 50% refund if cancelled 2 weeks before the party.
- 20% refund if cancelled 48 hours before the party.
- No refund if cancelled 12 hours before the party.
Alternatively, you can postpone your booking to any date within 1 year from the original booking date, without any additional charges.
Please let me know by email as soon as possible if you need to cancel or postpone your booking.
